Mixed Media Art

Mixed media art by Patty, where hand-drawn watercolor and marker elements meet digital collage backgrounds. The figures are drawn by hand, and the backgrounds, patterns and graphic shapes are built digitally around them. That mix gives these art prints their layered, slightly retro look.

The subjects go beyond the beach: a slow breakfast among plants and ceramics in Happy Mornings, a quiet afternoon on the sofa in Just Chilling and a woman leaning back in her chair with mountains on the horizon in Laying Back. Surfers and skaters are here too, like Dancer of the Sea and Skater Girls.
